Following terms & conditions apply to rental agreements between Budgetcampers.net/Aad C. Wijt, owner, and the Customer.

 

• Drivers should be at least 21 years old and in possession of a valid driver's license for not less than one year.
• Driver will provide a copy of the driver's license.
• Campers may be used only within Greek borders. Mainland and/or islands.
• Mileage is unlimited.
• Campers are fully insured; Liability an Personal Injuries. Maximum exposure of the customer is the amount of the Security payment, 300 euro.
• Beginning and end of the rental are in Aegina island unless otherwise agreed. Airport pick up and/or delivery by agreement only. Charges from/to Aegina are extra.
• For damages due to incorrect estimation of height or width the Customer will be liable for the insurance deductible (300 euro).
• Domestic animals allowed only by prior agreement. (Puppies do not qualify).
• Customer will receive detailed instructions on camper systems and appliances. Testdrive per request.
• Customer will receive camper with fuel tank full. Customer will return the camper with fuel tank full.
• Customer is responsible for cleaning the camper prior to return. Toilet cassette to be empty and clean.
• Following penalties will apply: Camper not cleaned: 50 euro. Toilet cassette not empty/cleaned: 50 euro.
• Customer is responsible and agrees to indemnify Budgetcampers.net/Aad Wijt for any traffic violations/tickets incurred during the rental period.
• Customer will advise Budgetcampers.net of any repairs required.
• The 50% downpayment is due within 7 days of receiving the confirmation.
• Customer is required to have personal travel insurance.
